A New Model on Regulation of Allosteric Enzyme Activity

根据别构酶活性调节的过程，提出一种配体反应调节生物活性的新别构酶模型，从理论上证明了 Ｍ Ｗ Ｃ 模型是本模型的一种特殊情况．该模型不仅能够解释别构酶调节酶活性中的协同性效应。

According to the regulation process of allosteric enzyme activity, a new model for allosteric enzyme is proposed. It is proved theoretically that the MWC model is a kind of special case of the new model. This model not only can explain cooperativity effect in the regulation of allosteric enzyme, but also can explain anticooperativity effect in the regulation of allosteric enzyme.
