摘要
研究了钼4,5二溴邻硝基荧光酮( Br O N P E)吐温40 显色体系的吸收光谱特性,在吐温40 存在下,钼(Ⅵ)与 Br O N P F形成红色络合物.在 1.1~1.3 m ol/ L 的盐酸介质中,络合物的吸收波长为 540 m m ,摩尔吸光系数为 9.5×104 L·m ol·cm - 1 .钼(Ⅵ)的含量在 0~14 μg/25 m l的范围内,符合比耳定律.多数常见阳离子不干扰显色反应.本法用于合金钢标样中的微量钼,获得了满意的结果.
The complex of Molybden (Ⅵ) and Br ONPF is formed in the presence of toween 40.The complex is investigated spectrophotometrically is 9.5×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at the wavelength of 540 nm under the experiment condition.Beer′s law is obeyed for Molybden (Ⅵ) of 0 to 14 μg in measuring volumetric of 25 ml.It is estimated that the molar ratio of the complex is 1∶2 to Molybden and Br ONPF.The determination of alloy steels shows the satisfactory result.
