摘要
１９９７年６月高等教育出版社出版了刘凌云和郑光美两教授主编的《普通动物学》教科书第３版。本文讨论教科书中存在的一些问题，诸如书名、动物门、地名、插图、一些可以删减的章节、若干有待修正或改进的叙述。
The textbook General Zoology, 3rd ed., Eds. Liu Lingyun and Zheng Guangmei,was published by Higher Education Publishing House, Beijing, in June, 1997. Some problems in the textbook are discussed in detail,such as the tilte of textbook, the phyla of animals, a locality name errored for 30 years, a wrong figure,several paragraphs or sections and even a chapter, each with the possibility to be delected, and some descriptions need to be improved or revised, and the suggestions concerned are given in the presented paper.
