摘要
分别以大麦花药、幼穗、幼胚为外植体诱导愈伤组织,比较了它们的出愈率和愈伤组织经部分去壁PEG+电击法转化后的存活率、转化率。结果表明:以“舟麦2号”幼穗愈伤组织作为遗传转化的受体最为合适。
Calli were induced from anthers,immature inflorecences and immature embryoes of barley ( Hordeum vulgare L.). Their differentiation frequency,survival rate and transformation rate were studied. The results showed that calli derived from immature inflorecences of 'Zhoushan No. 2' were the most suitable receptor for our foreign gene transfer system.
