用双液面干涉法层析光学玻璃的光学均匀性

摘要 通过用双液面干涉法检测及用计算机处理结果,实现了对光学玻璃均匀性的层析.其结果可给出任意层的光学均匀性分布及最大不均匀性的值,以及该值按层分布情况,其精确度可达10-6 . In the paper, it is realized that the optical homogeneity of optical glass is tested layer by layer according to the interference principle of the dual liquid surfaces, and assisted with computer handling. The results have given interference pattern of optical homogeneity of any layer, in the optical glass, the biggest inhomogeneity value in this layer and the change figure on the value of any layer. The magnitude degree of testing precission is better than 10 -6 .
