摘要
本文利用自行设计的一种新型毛细管动态流变仪,研究了挤出过程中振荡对PP/CaCO3 体系混合特性的影响。当PP/CaCO3 填充体系在一较佳振荡条件下挤出时,振荡的存在非常有利于CaCO3 在PP熔体中的分散。实验研究表明,有效的振荡作用能促进低分子填料在聚合物熔体中的分散。
The effect of oscillations during extrusion on the mixing characteristic of PP/CaCO 3 system is carried on with a new self_designed capillary dynamic rheometer. When PP/CaCO 3 system is extruded under a better oscillation extrusion, the oscillation is greatly beneficial to the dispersion of CaCO 3 in PP. The experimental study shows that an effective oscillation can promote the dispersion of a low molecular filler in polymer melt and makes filled polymer system get good mixing characteristics.
