摘要
对X60 、X65 和X70 三种微合金高强钢( 石油、天然气输送管线用钢) 水下及空气中焊接热影响粗晶区(CGHAZ) 中的沉淀物及其溶解、再析出、长大等行为进行了考察. 结果发现,在水下焊接过程中富Ti 粒子几乎不溶解而富V 粒子较易溶解. 水下焊接同空气中焊接相比,CGHAZ中沉淀物的溶解。
Precipitates and their dissolution, precipitation and coarsening in CGHAZs of underwater and in_air welds on microalloyed high_strength X60, X65 and X70 steels are investigated. Ti_rich cuboidal particles dissolve little during underwater weld thermal cycles, while V_rich spheroidal particles are apt to dissolve. There are remarkable differences between CGHAZ precipitate behaviors of underwater welding and those of in_air welding.
