系统地研究了高梯度磁分离器的分离效果在整个分离过程中的变化特征、规律以及磁分离效率与处理周期、处理能力之间的关系, 结果表明, 随着分离过程的进行或处理量增大, 分离效率逐渐降低; 一个磁分离器的生产能力和运行周期主要由所要求的分离指标来确定, 但同时受到操作条件的影响; 通过研究磁分离器中颗粒的捕集行为, 得出颗粒在过滤芯磁性不锈钢丝绒上的吸附为“
The characteristics and change regularity of separation efficiency of high gradient magnetic separator in whole separation, and the relationship between separation efficiency and treatment period and productive forces of separator are studied systematically. The results show that the separation efficiency decreases with the increase of treated volume; and that the treatment capacity and process period are dependent on the separation efficiency index, which is also affected by the process conditions. Studying the particles catching behaviour in magnetic separator proves that the adsorption of particles to the stainless steel fiber is multiple layer adsorption.
