新型可生物降解性共聚乳胶仿塑纸品涂料研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究了以淀粉为原料,苯乙烯为接枝单体,制备新型可生物降解性共聚乳胶仿塑纸品涂料的工艺条件。在常压、60℃下,用1∶1 淀粉—苯乙烯,在2000r/m in 下搅拌,控制加料速度,反应8h,并采用合成改性剂改性,所得产品稳定,在纸品上的附着力较高,耐水性能良好。 The preparation conditons of new coating of papers as plastic of biodegradation by copolymerization emulsion with starch as material and styrene as a grafter were studied.Emulsion coating was produced at normal pressure,60℃,starch-styrene ratio of 1∶1, stirring speed of 2000 r/min, 8 hours and through modifying by modifier of synthetic.The results obtained shows that its property is stable, adhesive force on paper is high and property of water-proof is good.
