一株产耐热碱性脂肪酶芽孢杆菌的筛选及其所产酶性质的研究

Isolation of a Bacillus Producing Thermostable and Alkaline Lipase and Studies on Its Properties

从武汉市白沙洲沙鸥食用油总厂分离筛选到一株耐热碱性脂肪酶的产生菌 ,经鉴定为产芽孢的短杆菌 ,革兰氏阳性 .该菌株的最适生长温度为 4 5℃ ,所产酶的最适作用温度为 60℃ ,最适pH为 1 0 .0 ,且pH在 8.0～ 1 1 .

A strain of bacterium excreting large amount of alkaline and thermostable exolipase was isolated from soils,and was examined that it appears littlle rod and positive by gram stain,and can form spore.The optimal temperature for growth is 45 ℃,and the highest activity is at 60 ℃ and pH 10.0.The activity is stable from pH 8 0 to pH 11 0.
