铀-偶氮胂配合物吸附极谱波的研究

A Study on the Adsorptive Wave of the Rare U Arsenazo Complex

在 ｐ Ｈ ＝ ７．７ 的 Ｂ Ｒ 缓冲溶液中，铀（Ⅵ）与偶氮胂（Ⅲ） 反应形成配合物，于－ ０．７３ Ｖ（ｖｓ． Ｓ Ｃ Ｅ）处产生一灵敏吸附极谱波．检测下限为 ８．０×１０－ ９ｍ ｏｌ· Ｌ－ １，测得铀（Ⅵ）与偶氮胂（Ⅲ）的配合比为 １∶１．配合物稳定常数 １．１２×１０７，配合物还原的电子转移数为 ２．用该法测定了水样中的铀含量。

In the medium of B R(pH=7.7),U(Ⅵ)reacts with Arsenazo(Ⅲ)to form a complex which gives a sensitive polaraphic wave at -0.73V(vs. SCE).The peak height was in proprtion to the concentration of U(Ⅵ)in the range of 2.1×10 -8 ～4.6×10 -7 mol·L -1 .The properties of the polarographic wave and mechanism of electrode reaction were stuided.The composition of the complex was 1∶1. The method has been used to determine trace amount of U(Ⅵ)in water.
