摘要
在若虫饱血后 2 d,7 d 和 10 d 局部施用蜕皮激素,对若虫发育期和存活力有影响.饱血后 2d 处理,剂量 1 μg,5 μg 和10μg 明显缩短若虫蜕化期,低剂量500ng 对蜕化期无影响;饱血后7 d 处理,剂量500ng 和1 μg 可缩短若虫蜕化期,剂量5 μg 对蜕化期无影响;饱血后10d 处理,所有剂量均不能缩短若虫蜕化期,剂量1 μg 反而使蜕化期延长.随着剂量的增加,若虫死亡率上升,剂量10 μg
Topical application of ecdysteroid(20 E) on the 2rd (2 PE),7th(7 PE)and 10th(10 PE) day after engorgement with doses of 500 ng,1μg,5μg and 10μg affected nymph developmental periods and viability of Haemaphysal is longicornis. The 1μg,5μg and 10μg doses(2 PE)caused accelerated molting and the lower dose had no effect.The 500 ng and 1 μg doses(7 PE)also shortened nymph molting period,but 5 μg had no effect.The premolting period was not shortened by all doses (10 PE).On the contrary,1 μg dose delayed the molting period(10 PE).Concomitant with the increase of dose,nymphal mortality rose in all groups.The dose 10 μg (7 PE and 10 PE) caused 100% mortality.
