摘要
目的探讨在手术显微镜下外路手术治疗裂孔性视网膜脱离的方法及疗效。方法对55例（55只眼）裂孔性视网膜脱离采用在手术显微镜下放视网膜下液，观察裂孔，巩膜外冷凝，巩膜外垫压，环扎，玻璃体注空气等方法进行治疗。结果49例一次外路手术视网膜脱离完全复位，4例二次外路手术复位，最终复位率为96％。48例视力提高，5例无变化。结论在手术显微镜下行外路手术治疗裂孔性视网膜脱离是一种简便、安全、有效的方法。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of external-route microsurgery for retinal detachment. Methods In 55 patients （55 eyes） with retinal detachment, drainage ofsubretinal fluid, examination of locating the holes, sclera cryotherapy, the silics gel piece and/or buckling bands, and intraocular injection of gas were performed under surgical microscope. Results The retinal reattachment occurred in 49 eyes aider the primary surgery and in 4 eyes after the secondary surgery, with the final rate of reattachment of 96%. The eyesight was improved in 48 eyes. Conclusions The external-route microsurgery for retinal detachment is simple, safe and effective.
