加热速度对20MnSi钢奥氏体转变温度的影响 被引量:5

摘要 在DIL805A/D膨胀仪上对不同加热速度下20MnSi螺纹钢的奥氏体化温度进行了系统研究。结果表明,加热速度显著影响20MnSi钢的奥氏体形成起始温度Ac1和结束温度Ac3;随加热速度增大,奥氏体转变温度升高,而其转变温度区间有变窄的趋势,奥氏体形成速度加快。 The influences of heating rate on austenization temperature of 20MnSi steel were systematically explored by DIL805A/D dilatometer.The results show that the heating rate has a significant effect on Ac1 and Ac3.Ac1 increases with the increase of heating rate,the temperature range needed for austenization decreases,the rate of forming austenite increases.
