高温退火对1235工业纯铝电磁超声铸轧板坯组织性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在电磁超声外能场下获得1235工业纯铝板坯,并对其进行500℃×2 h(保温后炉冷到室温出炉)高温退火处理。研究了微观组织、力学性能并对其进行了断口扫描,并和添加Al-Ti-B添加剂的1235工业纯铝板坯经过同样退火过程的组织性能进行比较。结果显示:高温退火后电磁超声1235工业纯铝板坯比添加Al-Ti-B添加剂的板坯高温退火后的晶粒要小且均匀,伸长率更高。 1235 prue Al plate was prepared under electromagnetic ultrasonic continuous casting,and was annealed at 500 ℃ for 2 h and with the furnace cooling to the room temperature.The microstructure,mechanical properties and scanning fracture were studied and compared with 1235 plate which was added with Al-Ti-B additives.The results show that the electromagnetic ultrasonic 1235 plate has small and uniform grain and higher elongation compared with 1235 plate added with Al-Ti-B.
