心肌梗死患者急性期外周血Th1/Th2和自然杀伤细胞表达变化观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察心肌梗死患者急性期外周血Th1/Th2和自然杀伤细胞表达变化。方法:连续选择近期住院的急性心肌梗死患者(AMI组,21例),入选对象均接受了外周血白介素-4(IL-4)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、自然杀伤细胞(NK)浓度及IFN-γ/IL-4比值检测,并与同期住院稳定心绞痛患者(SAP组,25例)以及健康体检者(对照组,20例)比较。结果:AMI组血清IFN-γ浓度及IFN-γ/IL-4比值均明显高于AP组和对照组,而血清IL-4和NK细胞浓度则显著低于后两者(P<0.01)。结论:AMI患者存在明确的外周血辅助性T细胞异常表达,且以Th1优势状态为主。
