摘要
机械零件的抗疲劳破坏是造成机械运行故障的主要原因。随着机械零件的工作环境向高速、高压、高温等方面发展,疲劳破坏事件日益增多,设法提高零件的抗疲劳强度就变得非常重要。本文从材料的选择、降荷(降温)设计、振动设计等几个方面提出了加强机械零件抗疲劳强度的有效方法与措施。
The fatigue resistance damage of machine parts is the main reason for machine operation default.With machine parts' working environment developing towards high speed,high pressure and high tempreture,fatigue damage accidents increase gradually,so try to improve the fatigue resistance strength becomes very important.The paper discussed the effective methods and measures to improve machine parts fatigue resistance from aspects such as the selection of materials,reducing load(tempreture reducing) design and vibration design.
