摘要
目前,我国大部分油区均发现了稠油油藏,且储量相当丰富,稠油的特点是高密度、高粘度、高胶质,在常温下,该油品流动性相当差,因而稠油的地面输送成为一个难点,由于其物性的特殊性,稠油的输送方式多数采用掺热水降粘的输送方法。但因采用掺热水降粘输送方法的管理工作量大,对水质的要求比较高,由于稠油开采中不可避免的含砂及工艺上的不完善,造成接转站内设备磨损腐蚀严重,返修率高,增加成本。针对这一问题,本文阐述通过对接转站原有的流程进行改造,可以在很大程度上改善这一问题。
At present,heavy oil is found in most of the oil regions in China with very rich reserves.Heavy oil is characterized by high density,high viscosity,high resin,at room temperature,the oil flow is rather poor,Thus heavy oil ground transport is difficult,because of its special physical properties,the delivery of heavy oil adopts mixed hot water viscosity reduction way but with large amount of management work,the requirement on water quality is relatively high,due to the inevitable imperfections on the sand and process during heavy exploitation,which results in serious wear,tear and corrosion on transfer station equipment,high failure rates and increased costs.To solve this problem,this paper describes the transformation of original flow of docking station,which can greatly solve the problem.
