The quality of road construction management is the center content of the whole construction,quality control of road construction process is particularly important,it is the key to the success of whole project.This paper defined concept of road project process management,and described content and features of project quality management with a brief overview on the method of highway construction project quality management-total quality management approach,and finally proposed that highway construction project quality management should be coordinated with project cost and schedule management,it is the premise and guarantee of sustainable development for highway construction enterprises.
