摘要
长期以来,水利水电工程是我国社会发展的重要物质基础。当今建筑业面临强大竞争的背景下,加强水利水电施工企业管理尤为重要,尤其是成本管理,成本控制直接关系到企业的经济效益,本文对水利水电施工特点、以及施工中存在的主要问题进行分析,提出现代化的水利水电工程施工管理方法。
Hydraulic and hydro-power engineering has long been the important material base of for China＇s social development.Under the background of the fierce competition faced by today＇s construction industry,it is increasingly important to strengthen hydraulic and hydro-power enterprises＇ management,especially the cost management.Cost control directly related to the economy benefits of enterprises.The paper analyzed the hydraulic and hydro-power construction feature and the main problems at construction process and the modern hydraulic and hydro-power project construction management methods are proposed.
