结合工程实例介绍预应力悬浇连续梁的现浇施工工艺,全面总结了从现浇支架的搭设、轻型菱形挂篮的拼装、主墩与梁体的临时固结,到分段预应力钢束张拉、灌浆、封锚全过程的施工工艺,提供了相应的施工方法、预应力张拉等各种技术数据,旨在对今后类似连续梁的施工起到借鉴作用。

Combining the engineering project,the paper introduced the pre-stressed continuous beam hanging cast-in-place pouring technology.Comprehensively summarized the cast-in-place support setting up,the assembling of light diamond basket,the temporary solidifying of host pillar and beam,the partition pre-stressed steel,grouting and seal of anchor.Related construction method and all kinds of technical data of pre-stress are proposed to provide reference for future silimar continuous beam construction.
