摘要
介绍了一种集流体力学计算、孔系设计与校核、工程图绘制以及元件图库于一体的插装阀集成块ＣＡＤ 软件．提出了计算孔道最小壁厚的球面包络算法；
CAD software for hydraulic manifold block of cartridge valves is introduced which integrate calculation in hydromechanics, design and check of hole system, creation of engineering drawings by computer and element graphic lib. A spherical envelope algorithm for calculating the minimum distance between two holes is presented. The advantages of realizing intelligent placement, design and check of the hole system in window where 2 D and 3 D visual space exist simultaneously are explained.
