On the basis of analyzing the existing ecological environment problems at Tieling＇s land using,extracting the land use environment influencing factors and establishing land using environment impact assessment index system and using analytical hierarchy process to conduct land using general planning to implement environment impact assessment and the solution and measures of alleviating the adverse impact environment impact.
