摘要
食品检验方法的规范性建设与完善是提高食品检验结果准确性、提高检验方式通用性的关键。其能够有效避免不同检验机构进行检验时由于对检验方式理解不同造成的结果差异。本文就食品检验方法规范性现状、完善等问题进行了简要论述。
The standardized construction of foodstuff inspection method is the key for improving the accuracy of foodstuff inspection result and the popularity of inspection modes which could effectively avoid the result difference caused by different understanding of inspection mode.The paper briefly discussed the present situation of inspection method standardability and the related improvement solutions.
