冰雪文化是哈尔滨的品牌资源,本文在对冰雪文化概念的解读,哈尔滨基础条件的分析的基础上,梳理出全市的空间结构体系框架。
Ice and sonw culture is the brand resource of Harbin.The paper interpretated the ice and snow culture concept,and on the basis of analyzing of Harbin＇s basic condition,the city＇s spatial structure system framework are sorted out.
