摘要
体能对乒乓球运动员竞技能力的提高起着重要作用,已经得到了广大教练员的认可,体能主要包括力量、速度、耐力、灵敏和柔韧等素质组成。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等对乒乓球运动员体能训练的原则与方法进行了深入的研究,以期为教练员和运动员提供参考。
Physical training plays an important role in table tennis athletes physical capabilities and has been recognized by the majority of coaches.Physical ability includes physical strength,speed,stamina,agility and flexibility.In this paper,principles and methods of physical training of table tennis athletes are researched by means of literature and logic analysis in hope to provide reference for the coaches.
