摘要
教师在教学过程中不能只管教,不管学。教师要通过以身作则来带动学生学习,还要通过加强学生教育管理,控制课堂,帮助学生端正学生学习态度,让学生喜爱所学的专业,并能学成一技之长,为将来立足社会奠定扎实的基础。
In the teaching process,teachers should not noly teach regardless of learning.Teachers should set examples stimulate students learn as well as through strengthening students＇ teaching management.Control class,help students correct learning attitude and make students learn what they like to development professional skills and lay a solid foundation for students＇ development at society.
