摘要
分析了跨膜信号传导稳态模型以及电生理实验数据的局限性,针对生理情况下随机刺激和响应的特点,采用遗传算法优化模型动力学参数.
The limitations of static transmembrane signal transduction model and the data from electrophysiology experiments are analyzed. We use genetic algorithms to optimize the kinetics parameters of the model according to the characteristic of random stimulus and response under physiological circumstance. The results conform to the mass experiment data obtained. The genetic algorithms embody some common characteristics and the particularities of cellular transmembrane signal transduction in the process of optimization.
