五年制高职法制教育的现状及对策

Present Situation and Solution for Five-year Vocational Law Education

近年来,我国青少年犯罪案件数量逐年增加,这引起了全社会的高度关注。因而,五年制高职校的法制教育肩负着不可逃避的责任和重担,试从课程设置、教学内容与形式、学生来源、身心特点这些方面分析五年制高职法制教育的现状,并提出相应的对策,力求源头预防,以期抛砖引玉。

The number of juvenile criminal cases increased year by year which has aroused great concern of the whole society.Therefore,the legal education of five-year vocational school could not avoid the responsibility and burden.The paper analyzed the present situation of five-year vocational law education from course setting,teaching content mode,student sources and physical and psychological characteristics and the related solution are proposed in order to avoid from the source and provide reference for people.
