机械加工工艺方案的技术经济分析方法及应用

Method and Application of the Technique Economic Analysis of the Craft Project in the Machine Processing

在制订机械加工工艺方案时,应首先考虑几种不同的加工方案,然后进行技术经济分析,选出经济合理的最佳方案。目前教科书中仅介绍了工艺成本评价法,方法单一,不能满足实际工程的需要,为了建立一整套较完整的评价体系,研究了各种工艺方案的特点,提出了对应的评价方法:工艺成本评价法,投资回收期评价法,综合价值评价法。这三种评价方法既方便又实用,在对不同的工艺方案进行技术经济分析和评比时具有重要的现实意义。

While establishing a machine part to process the craft project,we should consider several different kinds to process a project first,then carry on the technique economy analysis,and select the best project of the economy reasonable.At present,the text book only introduced the craft cost evaluation method,the single method can＇t satisfy the demand of the actual engineering currently.In order to build up one set of more complete evaluation system,this paper studied the characteristics of various craft project,put forward corresponding evaluation method： the craft cost evaluation method,evaluation method of investment recovery expect and comprehensive value evaluation method.These three kinds of evaluation methods are convenient and practical,and have important realistic meaning while carrying on the technique economy analysis and evaluation to the different craft project.
