随着经济的不断发展,科学技术在生活、生产等方方面面所取得的成效是前所未有的,特别是在煤矿机械中液压系统的广泛运用。然而,随着液压装备的越来越高比例的应用,其系统和装备的故障则时常发生,给生产成效带来严重的影响,进而在一定程度上增加了维修成本,本文将从煤炭机械常见的液压故障着手,简述几点具有针对性的维修经验和措施,为以后故障排除及诊断提供依据。

With the continuous economic development,science and technology has achieved unprecedented results in daily life,production and other aspects,especially gets extensive use in hydraulic system of mining machinery.However,with the more wide application,the failures of its system and equipment are frequent,and bring serious effects to production and thus increase maintenance costs to some extent.This paper will introduce some targeted maintenance experience and measures from the common hydraulic failure of coal machinery,to provide some basis for the future troubleshooting and diagnosis.
