With the vigorous development of China＇s economic construction,energy issues become increasingly prominent,and it is particularly important to identify and calculate the other costs in pre-settlement of oil pipeline project.This paper discusses the specific content of other costs and on the basis introduces how to identify and calculate the material custodial fees of construction unit,site transfer fees of construction team,cross-construction costs,the bodyguards fees of joint commissioning,accident insurance fees.
