摘要
讨论了整数Ｈａａｒ 小波的构造方法，在此基础上提出了一种整数Ｈａａｒ 小波与ＤＰＣＭ 相结合的无失真图像编码方法，该方法运算速度快，硬件实现简单，与ＡＲＪ和ＪＰＥＧ 中使用的无失真编码方法相比，压缩比平均提高了１２ ％
The integer haar wavelet transform theory is discussed. On the basis of integer haar wavelet transform, an image coding algorithm for the image lossless compression is presented, which combines integer haar wavelet transform with DPCM. By comparison with Arj and lossless algorithm used in JPEG, the new algorithm improved the compression ratio by 12%.
