摘要
本文结合该课程组教师对食品安全与质量控制技术课程的教学实践,探讨了该课程工学结合改革所涉及的教学目标、课程改革方案等内容,以便在其他相关课程教学改革中得到借鉴和应用。
Combining the teaching practice of the course team in teaching the course "Food Safety and Quality Control",the detail contents in the teaching reform such as the teaching objectives and the plan of teaching reform were discussed in order to benefit the teaching reform of the other related courses.
