从公共政策视野下,通过分析高等职业教育公共实训基地的功能内涵和建设原则,公共实训基地在投资、运作和评价等方面创新机制,提高公共实训基地的管理效率和服务能力。

From the perspective of public policy,through analyzing the function connotation and construction principles of public training base of higher vocational education,this paper innovates on mechanisms to improve the management efficiency and service capabilities of public training base,from the investment,operation,and evaluation of public training base.
