摘要
从一个普通高校教师的角度,指出我国普通高等教育主要存在四个方面的问题,并分析了这些问题对学校发展带来的负面影响,进而提出了针对性的改革意见。
From the view of an ordinary teacher,four types of the problems existing in the normal college of our country were indicated.And the negative impacts to the development of the college caused by the problems were analyzed.Then according to the coming problems,the pertinent reforming suggestions were proposed.
