摘要
青年教师是学校体育教学工作和科研工作未来的主要力量,所以关注青年体育教师的工作压力,并积极的寻找其影响因素和解决的途径是改善教师工作和生活环境的重要方向和措施,所以笔者就体育青年教师的工作、科研和生活方面的问题进行简单的阐述。
The young teachers is a major force of school physical education and scientific research in the future,so we should concern about the work pressure of youth sports teachers,and actively seek the influencing factors and resolution to improve their working and living environment.This paper presents the work,research,and life of young PE teachers.
