关于高校教师心理健康问题的研究综述

Review on University Teachers' Psychological Health Problems

近年来,高校教师的心理健康问题日益严重,笔者运用横断研究的方法概括了目前教师心理健康的总体状况及其问题的症状表现,并对不同性别、学科的高校教师的心理健康水平进行了比较分析,以期对后期工作有所裨益。

In recent years,university teachers＇ psychology health has become increasingly serious;the author summarized the general situation and the symptoms of the university teachers＇ psychological problems by cross-sectional method,and compared university teachers＇ psychological health level in different gender and subject to benefit later urbanization.
