双能量头部CTA在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨双源CT的双能量头部CT血管造影(CTA)在临床诊断颅内动脉瘤(AN)中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析了我院自2007年以来26例经介入治疗或手术证实颅内动脉瘤患者的双能量CTA影像学资料,双能量CTA处理后图像由两位放射科医师采用双盲法进行分析。结果 26例在我院经介入治疗或手术证实为颅内动脉瘤患者中,共发现动脉瘤33个,其中19例为单发动脉瘤,3例为2个动脉瘤,2例为4个动脉瘤。双能CTA共检出动脉瘤27个,漏诊6个,其检查的准确性、敏感性、特异性分别为81.82%、81.82%及100%。结论双能量CTA作为一种快速、无创性检查技术,能帮助准确诊断颅内动脉瘤,降低受检者和操作者的检查难度。 Objective To investigate the application of dual energy CTA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms by using dual-source CT. Methods The imaging data of 26 patients who were confirmed as intracranial aneurysms by the endovascular treatment or surgery in our hospital from 2007 were analyzed. Images of dual energy CTA were double blindly reviewed by two radiologists independently. Results Among the 26 patients who were diagnosed by dual energy CTA, 33 intracranial aneurysms were verified by surgery or the endovascular treatment. Nineteen patients had single aneurysm, three patients had 2 aneurysms and two patients had 4. While by the dual energy CTA , 27 intracranial aneurysms were diagnosed correctly, but 6 were missed, the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy were 81.82%, 81.82%, 100% respectively. Conclusion As a fast, noninvasive method, dual energy CTA can help to diagnose intracranial aneurysms accurately and to reduce the difficulty of examination for both patients and doctors.
