Development of super-large hollow carbon electrode with the diameter of Φ1321 mm

介绍了试制Φ1321mm特大规格空心炭电极的生产工艺条件,包括配方的选定,混捏、压型、焙烧、机加工等技术,并将所制得炭电极应用于工业硅冶炼。结果表明,工业试验的Φ1321mm炭电极完全达到了研制目标,并优于国外同类产品性能,该产品填补了国内空白,达到了国际先进水平。

This article introduced the production technique of the Φ1321 mm hollow carbon electrode, including the determination of formula, mixing, molding, baking, machining and so on. The carbon electrodes obtained were applied to silicon-refine industry. The results show that Φ1321 mm carbon electrode completely attained to the development goal, and was better than that of the foreign products.
