Gleevec耐受的发生机制与克服策略

摘要 以Gleevec(STI571)为代表的靶向药物为肿瘤化疗开创了一个新时代。Gleevec在临床上的应用获得了很大成功,但耐受(resistance)问题也随之而来并日益突出。Gleevec耐受已成为国际主流医学关注的热点和难点问题。我们围绕克服Gleevec耐受做了系列研究。本文就Gleevec的耐受机制及其克服策略进行了讨论。 Successful translating Gleevec (STI571, imatinib) to therapy of chronic myelogenous leukemia opened a new era of targeted therapeutics tbr cancer. However, resistance to Gleevec develops over time and is an emerging problem for patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia. This minireview will discuss strategies to overcome the acquired resistance to Gleevee.
