近年来，由于JAVA和.Net开发平台在软件开发中所追求的高效和高重用性，而带来的软件整体性能底下问题变得越来越明显。软件性能测试也被越来越重视。本文着眼于软件开发阶段，进行性能测试调优的目的和思路等方面，阐述了作者的观点。

In recent years,the lower performance of sol, rare becomes more and more obvious,because of the pursuance of efficiency and reusability in the development of soft-ware on java and .net platform.In addition,people increasingly pay more attention on software performance testing.This article focuse on the purpose and method of software performance testing and optimization at the stage of software development.
