人参连作土壤元素含量分析 被引量:16

Analysis of Element Contents in Soil for Continuous Cropping Ginseng

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定人参生茬土与三年重茬土中铁、锰、锌、铜、钾、硼、钙、镁、钠和硅元素含量。结果显示人参三年重茬土中铁、锰、锌、铜、钾和硼含量明显低于生茬土中这些元素的含量,镁和硅的含量差异不明显,但钠和钙的含量在重茬土中反而明显偏高,在解决人参连作障碍问题中值得注意。 The contents of Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu,K,B,Ca,Mg,Na,Si in soils in which Ginsengs in which Ginsengs had been planted for three years were determined by ICP-OES.The results showed that the contents of Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu,K and B in ginseng planted soil were significantly lower than those ginsengs not planted.The contents of Mg and Si in both kinds of soil were not significantly different.But the contents of Na and Ca in ginseng planted soil were significantly higher than those ginseng not planted.
