近年来,土壤重金属污染已经成为国内外关注的环境问题。随着对重金属元素迁移和积累行为研究的深入,已经认识到重金属的生物毒性不仅与其总量有关,更大程度上是由其形态分布所决定。主要介绍了土壤中重金属元素存在的形态,探讨了其形态化学分析中的提取剂选择及提取方法,总结了影响重金属在土壤中形态分布的内在和环境因素,对于深入了解重金属的污染情况,具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。

Recently,heavy metal contamination has been an environmental problem noticed all over the world.Due to the deep research on the migration and accumulation of heavy metals,metal toxicity was recognized to be not only related to its total amount,but mostly depended on its fractionation and distribution.This paper mainly introduced the extraction agents and extraction methods of the fractionation of heavy metals and discussed the form of heavy metals in soils and the impact factors,which has great theoretical significance and practical application value for deeper understanding of heavy metal pollution.
