Evolution,Key Problems and Policy Suggestions for Teaching Materials of Secondary Vocational Education since the Reform and Opening-up of China

追溯改革开发以来中等职业教育教材发展历程,从翻版本科教材到开发职教特色的专门教材,从分散管理到"两级规划"、"两级审定"管理体制的确立,从发展无序到整体规划,取得了令人瞩目的成就,同时也暴露出教材内容开发、体系建设及选用管理等方面缺乏系统性、整体性的问题。解决关键性问题,需从教材内容组织、开发模式、服务体系、质量监督等方面综合改革。

Since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy,the development of teaching materials of secondary vocational education has made remarkable achievements.It has developed specialized textbooks for vocational education from the duplicated bachelor teaching materials,and it also has established the ＂dual-level planning＂ and ＂dual-level auditting＂ management system.However,there still exist the problems of lack of systematic and holistic understanding on the contents development,systematic construction and selection management in teaching materials.To solve these key problems,comprehensive reform should be carried out in the aspects of contents organization,development model,serving system and quality monitoring of teaching materials.
