摘要
美国国家技能标准描述了各职业领域的工作职责、任务和行为标准,确定成功履行不同任务所需的知识、技术和能力,其对美国社区学院的职业教育课程开发有很强的指导性。依据技能标准,职业教育课程开发程序为:进行需求分析,获取一套国家、州或企业行业技能标准,建立课程开发项目咨询委员会,确定课程内容,开发、设计评价方法和工具,开发、改编或采用课程教材,审核和修订教材。
The national skill standard of the USA described the working responsibilities,tasks and behavioral standard for various professional fields and identified the knowledge,technology and abilities demanded for successfully fulfilling different tasks,and it has strong guidance functions for the curriculum development of community colleges.According to the skill standard,the curriculum development procedure is: carry out demand analysis;acquire a suit of national,state and industrial skill standards;build curriculum development consultation committee;identify curriculum contents;develop and design evaluation methods and tools;develop and compile teaching materials;audit and revise teaching materials.
