比利时对DCS模型的新发展及其对我国职业教育启示 被引量:3

New Developments of DCS Model in Belgium and Its Enlightenments to Vocational Education in China

摘要 基于DCS模型理论,比利时为了验证工作特性(工作要求、工作控制、社会对工作的支持以及自我导向性学习倾向)对工作者进行与工作相关的学习行为的影响,在佛兰德斯的一个业余职业教育中心展开调查。调查显示,只有自我导向性学习倾向达到一定程度才会促使与工作相关的学习行为达到满意的程度。借鉴比利时对DCS模型理论的这一新发展,我国职业教育应努力实现学习与实践的整合一体,培养学习者的自我导向性学习能力,完善学生工作实践的反馈机制,防止消极性社会支持。 Based on the DCS model theory,in order to validate the influence of job characteristics(such as job demands,job control,social support at work and self-directed learning orientation) on work-related learning behavior of workers,the Belgium conducted an investigation in a part-time vocational education centre in Flanders.The survey indicated that only the self-directed learning orientation reached a certain degree that the work-related learning behavior can be satisfactory.Referring the new developments of DCS model theory in Belgium,China should make efforts to achieve the integration of learning and practice,cultivate the self-directed learning abilities of learners,optimize the feedback mechanism of students' work practice and prevent negative social support.
