摘要
长期以来石化企业积累了大量的现场腐蚀数据,这些数据一直未得到有效利用。本工作采用B/S模式和ASP.NET开发工具+SQL Server2000的数据库开发方案,开发出了Web版石化腐蚀数据管理趋势分析系统,实现了对某石化企业炼油厂、乙烯厂、电厂、1000万吨炼油等4个厂的19个车间47套装置的油品、冷凝水等11类腐蚀信息的数据存储、浏览、趋势分析等系列功能,极大提高了石化行业对设备的防腐蚀管理水平。
For a long time, the corrosion data accumulated from petrochemical enterprises was used uneffectively. By using B/S mode and ASP - NET development tools ＋ SQL Server 2000 database development program, a tendency analysis system of petrochemical corrosion data management of web version was developed. The data storage, browsing and tendency analysis for 11 categories of corrosion information of 47 sets of equipment of 19 workshops in the petrochemical refinery, ethylene plant, power plant, 10 million tons oil refinery plant of a petrochemical enterprise were realized. This work enhanced the corrosion management of equipment in petrochemical industry greatly.
