中国沿边开放政策实施效果评价及思考

The Evaluation and Rethinks on the Effect of Chinese Border Opening-up Policies

1992年我国实施沿边开放并提出沿边开放政策,促进了沿边地区经济社会又好又快发展。本文旨在对中国以往沿边开放政策进行梳理归纳,从经济、社会方面对政策实施效果进行了总体评价。经济评价采用了经济整体发展水平指数模型,指出了目前我国沿边开放中存在的不足,在此基础上对完善我国沿边开放政策提出了几点思考。

In 1992 China put forward the border opening-up policies and began to implement border opening-up,which accelerated the development of the economy and society in the border areas.The paper studies those border opening-up policies,and wholly evaluates on the effect of their practice from the angles of the economy and society.Meanwhile,the evaluation of economy uses the index model of economy development level as a whole.According to the studies above,the paper discovers the defects in Chinese current border opening-up;on the basis of it,also gives some rethinks in Chinese border opening-up policies.
