摘要
本文以云南新平曼糯村为个案,通过长期的跟踪调查,揭示了当地傣族社区和文化对泥石流灾害的回应方式及特点。无论是应急性的灾中自救,还是长期性的灾后重建,都展示出当地傣族社区和文化能够对泥石流灾害做出有效回应。在外界各种援助力量的支持下,建立在自身文化基础之上的能动回应,是减少灾害损失、完善灾害救助机制的最为有效的途径之一。
Through long term field researches on landslide disasters in Mannuo village of Xinping Yi-Dai Autonomous County,Yunnan Province,this article probes the methods and characteristics of landslide disaster response.The Dai community and culture can effectively respond to landslide disasters,whether through self-rescue during the emergency,or through long term recovery and construction.With support from outsiders,the Dai culture,which is based on local communities,has developed effective methods of responding to landslide disasters and of mitigating losses from landslide disasters.
